We are getting food recycling at my bit. The letter arrived on the very day that I discovered that someone had replaced all my in-date dry foods with equivalent stuff that was 2 years out of date.

What about yoghurt? It's diary. It's like milk. And it's sort of like cheese? And there's a phenomenal amount thrown out every day.
