My Lovely Horse

Homage to the wonderful Father Ted in the title there :-)

So JPC asked the boys yesterday what they thought I might like as a gift today. Son Two declared a horse and here it is :-) Son One cut the pieces and they all had a go at the painting. Ears etc will be a later addition apparently but isn't it cool?! Am also remarkably impressed by the fact the kitchen is not entirely paint-spattered! I also have some lovely homemade cards.

Have had a lovely day although it started far too early, being woken by Son Two peering into my face at 6:40. Am knackered because he 'slept' in our bed last night because he's poorly (JPC escaped into the toddler bed which is where I'm going tonight if Son Two tries to pull the same trick again) - he woke up full of the joys of spring whereas I looked like an extra from Night of the Living Dead, no fair!
