Migrating south for the winter

Or at least until the building work is done.

I'm staying with my dear friend in Brighton for a while. She has chauffeured me all over Brighton and Hove to satisfy my research into knobs and knockers (the saga continues), she has fed me well and given me the run of her home.

I saw a five foot gnome today. I thought it was hilarious and of course took a photo for my blip. Stupidly I didn't get anything in shot to show scale so all I got was a pic of a gnome. Marvellous. So instead, here are the paper birds hanging in my friend's spare room. They'll be my buddies for a while.
