Activity by the wee pond in Pollok

Someone is still putting out bird seed on the stones that edge the little pond and today it was this juvenile Great Tit who appeared first.

He moved away very quickly when one of the gardeners appeared with something held very carefully in his gloved hands.  He had found the little frog in the area where he was digging and thought it would be much happier near the water.

A great day for a walk .... bright, sunny spells and warm enough to leave my gloves at home.
