Thanks for all the love for yesterday's landscape. Today, from expansive to tiny ... another dinky snail, possibly a relative of the first. A more chilled day today, snail's pace even. I have started a sourdough babka, a two-day process. I've never tried this before, so wish me luck. I do remember contestants on GBBO being baffled by it during a technical challenge. Mine's not going to be a chocolate one, I'm thinking of frangipane with apples and cinnamon.

Today's link is an interesting article about European vaccine procurement. Despite Thierry Breton being French (former chief executive of France Telecom), I haven't seen this aspect covered in the French press.
