A patch of blue
This isn't a well taken photo, I just wanted to snap what the sky looked like as I was returning from my walk, before cooking dinner.
Just now though I thought I'd use it as my blip for today, as it seems an appropriate way to remember what happened today in Glasgow and how happy it made me feel that a community can come together like that and help bring about such a positive outcome with some heartfelt and determined activism.
I won't go into it all here, but here's a few links if you're interested and don't know what it was about.

EDIT: This one shows you the huge scale of the protest by the time the two men were released. It was filmed from someone's window and I'm pretty sure the main TV news wasn't showing viewers just how large the protest was. (Mind you, if it had turned violent at all you can be sure the news reporters would have been all over it! )
