Notes: 4a wake-up and never could go back to sleep. Gray cloudy day with supposed rain showers morning and early evening but we never saw any rain here. Several hours of work in the morning (session w/ Lauren rescheduled for her stomach flu), more packing and organizing and some stuff to the car - hard to think it's all going to fit right now but I'll do everything I can to make it work. Some new additions to one of my go-to's for dinner - chopped salad. Made fresh lemon/EVOO/garlic dressing today. This is spring mix/red butter lettuces, avocado, black olives, broccoli sprouts, boiled egg and tomato (just realized I forgot the raw pumpkin seeds). Quiet evening and cooling down more so nice to have the windows open.
