Mint Tea

I enjoy a sprig of mint in my tea but it just never lasts when we get some from the market. It just goes bad so quickly.

A while ago Lauralea started offering some spearmint in my tea and even in lemonade which is another treat.

Well tonight I finally put two and two together. She’s been growing spearmint in her small herb garden. How cool is that?

And here I was kinda against her putting the large planter in the Sun room, rather than outside.

On top of that it seems to be doing well.
