Slowly Opening

My Bleeding Hearts are opening now.  This plant I put in over 20 years ago in my dooryard garden and it never fails to put on a lovely show each May.  This stem shows the transition from tight bud to fully open flower.  I feel like I am in transition to.  I had a very good check-up yesterday and although my blood oxygen level isn't where it should be yet, I am moving in the right direction.  It will take a week of so more but I feel so much better.  I even managed a bit of food shopping yesterday.  Real progress.
