Slightly Broken
I got down to take a couple of shots of the pond - and very nearly couldn't get up again,
I did a bit of tidying up in the garden and tried to thin out bamboo with the intention of getting some shoots/rooted stems for Chopper Girl - that didn't go well on several levels.
Lots and lots of back pain.
I picked some weeds and photographed them (some with a Lego character who looks very like a friend in Australia).
Went and collected Squirrel and took her to her martial arts class.
It is soul destroying seeing her getting so upset at having to go and train with other people.
She is fine at school apparently, but she doesn't consider the training as 'playing' and that seems to be the problem - having to interact with others in a situation where she has no control over it.
We have heard that she sat out two or three times but joined back in of her own accord which is good progress.
After dropping Squirrel off I came home, emptied the boot of the car and did my best to clean it and get rid of the smell of Worcerstershire sauce. After 8 weeks it is still there and being brought out by the increased air temperature.
That bending didn't help in reducing the back pain either.
