Bit of drama tonight. Mr P and I enjoyed an after work walk once I got back from Newbattle. We then started cooking the evening meal, until son no 2 pointed out that our cooking flame was orange and that indicated carbon monoxide. We panicked and called the Gas Board who came out really quickly to check things. Turns out it was only dust burning off and that it was a false alarm! By the time the engineer left it was too late to cook so fish and chips all round.
