Abbey Mill Paisley

Paisley is home of the famous mills that manufactured thread for the Scottish textile industry and world famous Paisley Pattern. Built around 1840, there are several A and B listed buildings on the Anchor Mill site. This one is called Anchor One. The last mill closed in 1923. Fortunately this beautiful building has been preserved and is now an apartment building and business centre.
