Saturday

I am getting later and later each Saturday getting my meds, made it with minutes to spare before they closed. 
From there I went down to the pond to see the cygnets, and good to see there are still 4. 
Had a coffee , trying with my book again. Not much joy. 
Got thoroughly soaked  walking home. 

Several things crept into my head, making me angry, and now have a really sore hand after continually punching the wall. Also nearly took the door off the hinge. 
I go from 0 to 100 in seconds.
