Green alkanet and comfrey

OH had a day's walk arranged with a friend so left early. I had a lazy breakfast, read, walked hound, prepared dinner and drew. After dinner had phone call from J, former colleague. She'd had whiplash from a car prang last week and informed that work was not harmonious especially during the pandemic.  She also informed that another colleague, D had cancer again - the fourth time, which was very sad news. Left me feeling in a guilty way that I've had a quiet, safe, healthy time during this pandemic and wish this could be the same for everyone.
