Paws for Thought
Today it seemed like a bright, sunny day so we thought we would take advantage of it and do some laundry - no other way we could make use of it in the circumstances! We did get one load virtually dry outside before the rain started but the rest will have to dry once again in the house!
Grace seems to be over the worst of Coronavirus already though not fully back to normal. It's a relief, as with her being asthmatic it was very worrying when she tested positive! Of course we still have to do the full ten days of isolation.
It is eldest grandson Horatio's 12th birthday today and we should have been over there today to give him his present and wish him Happy Birthday. But we don't want to take him a present he would not want also, so it is best we stay away!
We put in an online Tesco order today to come tomorrow evening. Tesco's website could be better organised and some of Grace's Vegan products which we buy regularly in store are unavailable online! It was not too bad though!
Otherwise I have finished a book and caught up on emails again. It is now thundering, lightning, lashing down with hail and rain. I'm not sorry to be indoors at all!
I took this photo through our bedroom window of a cute local cat rolling around on a neighbour's shed roof. I'd thought this cat was a kitten when I first saw her last summer but she hasn't grown so I guess she is a small cat like Minstrel. She has a companion who looks suspiciously like him too - see extra!
Brian once saw the black cat on our doorstep and was panicking that Minstrel was out!
