The Leven Estuary

We had an excellent trip to Roudsea Woods and Mosses NNR today. We had a clear view of an osprey perched atop a dead tree and both moss land and woodland were tremendous. A picnic lunch back at the car and then an afternoon amble along the Cumbria Coastal Path as far as the bridge spanning the Leven Estuary. Our step count is good today !
