Outings

A lovely day out. We went to Whipsnade Zoo this morning. The weather looked inclement but we'd booked tickets weeks ago. It actually turned out fine and we had a great time with most of the animals now able to be visited apart from a few enclosures that are still unsuitable for social distancing.

It just started to rain as we left but we'd not been to the fabulous bluebells at Dockey Wood this year yet so we stopped on the way home and had a lap around in a mix of sun and drizzle. A difficult choice of photos but the bluebells and luminous foliage won out (with a favourite animal shot as an extra).
