Geranium
A pleasant, mainly sunny day today and we enjoyed our midday brunch in the garden. The blue geraniums are now starting to appear, taking over from the spring bulbs.
Later in the afternoon we took a walk which took us through King George V Park to have a look at the mural painted in 1976 by Miguel Vivanco on a warehouse wall adjoining the park. This gem is hidden behind trees and bushes and we had never even noticed it before. Tragically it is soon to be destroyed when the building is demolished as part of a controversial new development. If you are nearby you should definitely go and have a look before it’s too late. (extra blip).
