This afternoon we took our grandchildren for a walk and on the way back Penny wanted to go down one of the paths towards the fields. We couldn’t manage it with the pushchair so grandad took Millie home and we went exploring. Penny is so interested in all the flowers and pollen etc. She says she is learning all about it at school. On the way she kept stopping to ask me what all the wild flowers were called and she picked a little bunch of them to put in a jam jar when we got back home.
