Flowers in the rain

What a wet day! Each time the rain seemed to have stopped, by the time I had got ready to go out, it had started again. So, more housework, and  reading the  late Andrea Levy's novel "Small Island" have occupied me today.
Eventually, we managed to  get out and photograph this Potentilla fruticosa "Abbotsford".
