We went round to see my mum this morning. Mum has been sponsoring a child with World Vision for the last 12 years. Mum started this soon after my Dad died, in his memory. It’s such a good thing to be doing.
A few days ago Mum received a letter saying that she has a new child to sponsor called Lucy. Lucy is 5 years old and lives in Sierra Leone, West Africa with her family.
We looked on a map to see where Sierra Leone is. It will be interesting to learn more about the country.

Later in the afternoon my partner and I went for a walk around Castle Loch. We saw 2 woodpeckers a tree creeper and fledgling wrens on the 3 mile walk.

In the evening I joined the Mantra and Kirtan group. Aleisha led us in Ganesha mantras. It was so lovely and heart warming.
