Saturday night treat

Home grown rhubarb crumble and ice-cream! It was not gardening weather today so instead a cookathon afternoon, with this as one of the products along with carrot soup, turkey chilli and a huge pot of ratatouille. A very satisfying afternoon and a full freezer!
