Plaka, Friday night

My last day with two classes today - a little sad to be saying goodbye.
Went for a long walk after work into the city, through Plaka and home. Plaka was quiet, only a few shops and cafes open. I bought a summer dress for a good price. They’re keen (desperate?) for business. Sad to see. Tourists will be back on Monday - I hope business picks up.
There was a group of people playing brass instruments and drums, it was fun. Pagkrati was crowded - every bar and restaurant so busy - one bar had people three deep outside and on the other side of the road too. Let’s hope the scientists are right about a lower risk of transmission outdoors!
Nice not to have to send an SMS to leave home.
