A great time at the gym this morning with all the usual suspects present. As we have to book ahead, which I'm not keen on, we all arrived at the same time, except Des, who couldn't find a place to park, so he said.  Getting a bit better each time I go, thank goodness, but I'm going to stick to two visits a week until the changing rooms open. I went for a quick walk around Newbridge Fields while I was waiting for J to come a pick me up. We  called to drop off a birthday present for our son-in-law's birthday, which is tomorrow. Not a bad day, weather wise, although it's still on the chilly side.
