Oh hokey,kokey,kokey

I'll sing as I do my exercises ;)
These were given to me this morning when I went to the hospital..
I felt better after seeing the Practitioner. He was really nice and we had a laugh.
I go back to see him in June. Hopefully I will be cured by then ;)
