Devorgilla Bridge Dumfries

Built in 1431to replace at least one wooden structure used to cross the River Nith. We had a wander round the Burns Trail although all the historic buildings were closed. Some will be open from tomorrow by appointment.
We spent the morning exploring the estuary and beach area a little further south.
