Monday

Another sleepless night and had to set the alarm for therapy. 
It wasn't a nice one, me arguing for dying and her arguing for me not. Walked home in tears. I seemed to notice lots of reflections , although this one isn't. 

Tried to stay awake this afternoon so I hopefully can get more than a few hours tonight. 
Life is not fun.
