Wet day

The TV series Vera is currently being filmed in and around the village and I was hoping to get a shot of some of the cast this morning. Walked past the base and saw all the massive trailers and some actors dressed as police and that was it. Weather was poor all the way and we only managed to avoid the rain when we stopped for lunch.
Arrived at site to be told we had a choice of three pitches, one on grass and two side on with nowhere to sit outside. Not happy I complained and they managed to find another pitch. Walk in park before cooking and we came across a lovely display of rhododendron. Scotland in may is so colourful.
