The swim team

Such a busy day at work, my brain was absolutely fuzzed. I guess it is because we only meet one day a week in person and therefore it is all meetings - effective, just draining.

However at the end of the day we decided to head off for a swim together (well the females) in Windemere. Whilst driving there, my brain was still throbbing in its overload  but after a swim in the still very cold water for May it cleared - such a beautiful relief.

From one extreme to another, the rest of the evening was spent in my friend's hot tub, celebrating her recent success in being given the job that she has desired for so long and one that is so well deserved.
