Not a great start to the week

KT found a damp patch on the floor of the garage, traced to a flow (yes a flow) of rainwater through the roof. Around 9 months ago, I had the weed removed from where it was growing in the roof. It appears it was plugging a hole. So now it looks like stripping some of the tiles and repairing the leak. Hmm!
