Singing in the rain!
A day of contrasts starting with singing in the Marquee with the flaps open! We didn’t get wet but we were rearranged into rows so that our singing leader (ATN) could teach us a new song and remind us of some of the finer points of previous songs we have learned. This was my view across the rugby pitch. We were still socially distanced but had great fun.
Travelling South West we went through some heavy downpours on the motorway but arrived here in Bath in fine and sunny weather. Can’t get enough of that view and love looking down the garden with some nice pots too now on the terrace.
We brought the seesaw with us and Eda saw it after she had her tea. She loved it but we brought it inside to use as the flags are fairly unforgiving, it might be used outdoors later on the grass.
I thought she wouldn’t be able to use it fully without someone else but not Eda, she stood in the middle and made it rock. I think it’s going to be lots of things, a horse, a boat, a car and probably a surf board like daddy! She sat on it a bit more conventionally so Jude could have a go and she loved it too.
You can see them in the extra which are unfortunately a bit dark being against the light.
More fun tomorrow!
