save me from spreadsheets

An emergency late night blip after another 6 hours spent staring at Excel. I'm getting there. Slowly. I'm not always great at remembering to wear these, but they certainly help when I do.

In other news, Little G swam a third of the length of a pool unassisted. For a child who not so long ago cried for the duration of his swimming lessons, this was quite something to witness. Proud doesn't come close :)
