Smash it up

The Jigsaw I have been working on was completed at the weekend.

Today it was packed away for return to the lender.

It is a strange feeling to undo hours of effort in seconds. I did the same with an email I sent today too.

My stress levels are high and coping strategies are needed.  I've asked for some help from a colleague.
