Sunrise before the storm

Can't believe I've been on Blip for 11 years. So many things have happened. But I'm still here and still blipping every day, and still enjoying it. I don't comment as much as I should, or thank the people who follow my journal as much as I should, but I do appreciate all the happenings, and I love checking out the journals.

Today one of my photos is on the front page, and it's still a thrill to see it there - go the goldfinches!

Thank you to the wonderful team that do all the hard yards - you've had such a tough time with Covid, it was great to hear that you are getting vaccinated, and getting back to some normality.

Today had to be a sunrise - and it was a lucky one. The storm arrived with the sun, and we had thunder, rain, hail and wind, before the sun shone again - a bit like life really!

Tomorrow the start of year 12, and whatever it will bring. I'm hoping for sunshine!
