Damn

Did a 75 mile ride today as a training ride for an upcoming century. We had a train of about 6 and I took the lead into the headwind for quite a while. My right knew hasn't been the same since. On top of volleyball leagues, I've become geriatric in the AM. This is a view from Crown Point in the Gorge. Not sure of elevation but the climb was not too fun.
