Another polling day…

Es and I spent a good chunk of the day in Airdrie helping at the Parliamentary by-election happening there.

The Covid restrictions around the election has meant no campaign rooms so we were working out the back of cars. It was chilly work.

Vaccination day two for wee Es today too…we nipped through to Airdrie after that.

It was also good to see people again. The National SNP family came to help and it was good to see activists from Glasgow, Dundee, Perth as well as the local Lanarkshire folk.

It was also good to get home this evening and get in some cosy clothes, have some hot food and hot tea.

Grateful for vaccines, camaraderie and warm clothes and food.
