Trip to Kingsmill NHS Hospital yesterday, made all the more pleasant with the open light building and landscaping. Look out for the sign in the extra.

Attended our first F2F rugby club meeting for many months, which was so much better of course and so had some additional members joining. I updated on the second RFU Mental Health session on implementing an improved MH culture which provided many useful suggestions from both the FRU and from the other clubs' attendees (via chat). Very pleased to get good engagement from the just returned members at our meeting - long as usual at over 2 hours, put productive.
