..........well vegetation, love to see the unfurling bracken/ferns at this time of year.

Extra...yesterday the bees swarmed! This lot headed for the chimney of the log burner and having been smoked out took up residence on the gable end for the night. This morning hubby tried to coax them down into a box so they could either set up a new hive or sell them on but they took off down the garden en mass and haven’t been seen or heard of again! Two smaller swarms were picked up by one of the other local bee keepers late yesterday afternoon and I think there’s another swarm getting ready to leave...they need to have a Queen bee squishing afternoon in order not to lose all their workers.
