This hasn't been the best of days... 

Our Car was booked in for a major service on Monday. Late Monday I had a phone call saying the car would not be ready until Tuesday due to the time the was needed to complete the work. Today I'm phoned to say that the car will not be ready until tomorrow because the parts ordered were defective...

Not the kind of service I expect from a Main Dealer that has looked after our car since we bought it.
