More bicycle heroes

It appears that someone locally admires the NHS and has been decorating bicycles and placing them (locked) in prominent locations.
They have made it as far as Twitter and that means I can see them without having an account or signing in (Yay Twitter!), though of course they are also on instagram and what-have-you as #flowerpowerbikes
No doubt it's only a matter of time before our beloved Prime Minister adds his voice to the appreciation.
