Sandpit and in the Jungle!

It's been mostly a great morning for weather, a bit of rain early on but while Hendrix and Buddy were here it was fine enough to get the sand pit out and fill it up.
I'd left the archway 'barriers' off as we intended to do a bit of chopping back in the rear part of the garden. Didn't take Buddy long to find his way into the back and go exploring in the jungle.
He was really enjoying it and squealing with laughter when I caught him.
I did cut all around the paths where everything was grown over. Problem is that when it's wet, and you walk around the back, the bottom of your legs get soaked with all of the foliage going rampant. I used the hedge trimmer, so much quicker and easier than hand shears.
After they went, about 12:30, it rained, and then it rained again, and again! Showers but frequent and heavy.
So, we had dinner around 17:30 and then made one 8" sandwich (Red Velvet) cake and 24 chocolate cup cakes for Lennons Birthday tomorrow.
They are all coming around and having Pizza delivered around 16:30'ish.
