Lady’s Slipper orchids

I had a walk with Jenny today, through Gait Barrows to look at the orchids growing wild. They are lovely and very striking, and looking strong and healthy.
We also went for a coffee at Beetham Nursery which was a treat! The plants in the growing nursery are still very small after the cold spring we have had.
I noticed my bees are very busy so I think they may have found a nectar flow possibly a flowering tree. Could there be some spring honey after all??
