Runswick Bay

I woke early and it seemed light through the curtains and I saw it was 4:45 so I looked out to see a lovely sky just before sunrise. I grabbed the closest camera, my iPad and stepped onto the bedroom balcony for this photo before getting back into bed, blip done.
The extra shows the view through the cottage window, we spent a lot of the day sat on the patio just watching the world go by and admiring the beautiful bay. We also spent some time strolling in Whitby but it was too busy so we retreated to the deserted beach at Sandsend before returning to our very own view.
