A Rainbow of giving

Not the best picture because of the reflections but I thought this rainbow of clothes in the window of a local charity shop deserved to be blipped.
I had my physio appointment today. Knee is doing well and should be back to normal eventually. At the moment there is still some inflammation which causes pressure when it is at rest, that's uncomfortable and can wake me, but knowing all will eventually be fine makes it bearable.
We visited Ali in her garden this afternoon and had a hug which was lovely. Raced back home in time for bridge but I've had a bad headache, so a minimal blip and hopefully a good night's sleep.
