Going home!

Thank-you all so very much for all the love for yesterday's Blip of my new Grand Bubba. I am really touched.

Daughter Number 1 is smashing motherhood and despite a horrendous labour, she has been allowed home with her new bundle of joy..... now officially named Matty Baker Brown. He is named after Spencers brother who died of leukaemia. They wanted to tell Spencers mother in person before anyone else knew.

Little Matty is looking a bit battered and bruised after a forceps delivery but he seems to have a constant smile on his face and looks just like his Uncle Sam!!

I can't tell you how proud I am of my amazing daughter and her fiance and how well they have adapted to life as new parents. DN1 said Spencer was absolutely amazing throughout her 16 hour labour despite his own diabetic hypos he managed in secret.

So this blip is dedicated to Matty. Welcome to the family little man.... the real family and the Blip family!!! And enjoy your trip home!
