Pineapple Anyone?

I wandered the streets for a little while today and spotted a man preparing pineapples. He slices off the outer skin with a sharp knife and then uses these specially made 'tweezers' to pull out those spiky bits. He was very cool. He posed for this picture as you may be able to tell from the fact that the 'tweezers' are not in line with any of the spiky things.
