A fine collection of dumbbells

I woke at 6 AM and felt a million times better. I guess it helped to sleep for almost 18 hours!

After work, I spent 1½ hours in the training hall and I also managed a cup of coffee with Bodil and Mille. 

Xmas looooooves dumbbells and he just got 2 new ones, so now he has 5! One can never have too many of them, according to Xmas :-D
He does have his own opinion on how to use them though. He will rather run off with them than deliver to hand. We are currently trying to reach a common understanding regarding this ;-)
