Quayside

What a morning! I enjoyed a wonderful walk through three parks (Armstrong, Heaton & Ouseburn) and on down to the Quayside. Wooded areas filled with magical light and glorious birdsong - so good for the soul. 
The kittiwakes are back at their nesting sites on The Baltic and the Tyne Bridge. I thought about blipping one, but I'm sure they will be around for a while, and the clouds behind the bridge, in such a blue sky, just relegated the birds to extras, for once.
