Swangate @ Figgate

our Bird Watching class wandered round Figgate Park today, star of the show was a Heron again who came quite close to fish in the burn....apparently there’s been a Swan murder, 2 new Swans moved in and killed a male and left the female with 4 eggs to look after, we weren’t sure if she was out getting food or had deserted the nest ....it’s a wildlife
