Bluebell Glade

Today Kate and I visited  Shibden Hall in Halifax. One of its most notable residents was Anne Lister who inherited the hall from a relative. Afterwards we took a stroll through the gardens and woods. On hearing a tremendous clap of thunder our stroll changed into a very smart trot back to the car park. We just managed to get into the car before the hail started. I did manage, before that,  to grab a couple of shots of the bluebells in the woods.
